As registered Naturopath, Herbalist and Autoimmune Protocol Certified Coach, I support people on their journey to wellness and vitality.

I particularly support people living with:

fibromyalgia, autoimmune, digestive, stress, burnout & fatigue issues. 

As more than a health coach, I can work with you, as an individual, to develop a personalised Care Plan with the goal of getting your energy back so that you can enjoy and excel in the things you love in life!

Firstly we start at the beginning by going through your own timeline, discussing your health and when major things have happened that may have had an impact. Then, together, we will identify what we can focus on to support your health and well being. This will form the basis of your Care Plan.
